Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production team, ensuring that operational targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Lead and mentor a team of production operators and technicians to meet daily production objectives and quality benchmarks.
- Closely monitor production processes to ensure compliance with schedules and operational protocols.
- Provide hands-on assistance to the team, facilitating setup, troubleshooting, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to address production challenges.
- Analyze production metrics to identify areas for process improvement and waste reduction.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability within the production team.

- Promptly address production issues to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate a diverse team.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a history of driving process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years in a production role with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
