Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Traeger Wood Pellet Grills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including platinum and gold accounts, to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and events to educate retailers and their customers about Traeger products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and merchandising plans to enhance the Traeger brand experience at retail.
  • Stay up-to-date on local consumer trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • MS Office proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
