Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brewery Representative to join our team at The Boston Beer Company. As a Brewery Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the beer industry, increasing sales and visibility of our products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell our entire product portfolio to key accounts in the beer industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure orders are placed and products are received
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to key accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and registered vehicle
