Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive business development.
  • Manage sales and gross margin for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with annual forecast and territory plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer facilities, promoting the Exotic Advantage and negotiating premium margins.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years of sales experience, preferably in the industry.
  • Proven track record of developing new customers, products, and markets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and access to a PC.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a vehicle that meets Exotic standards for cleanliness and safety.
