Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Kansas City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, including variable weather and temperature conditions. A valid driver's license and good motor vehicle record are required.
