Organizational Design, Change, and Process Improvement Specialist

Exciting Opportunity:

In this role, you will focus on refining business operations, developing innovative organizational frameworks, and facilitating transitions through change management. We are looking for a committed consultant who can help establish strategic objectives, design essential processes, and create structures to achieve them.

Utilizing your skills as an Organizational Design, Change, or Process Improvement expert, you will evaluate the implications of changes on business architecture and processes to support organizational strategies. Your work will encompass identifying unrealized potential and addressing systemic challenges, providing clients with a holistic perspective of their organization that leads to transformative practices. You will not only improve existing capabilities but also reveal new opportunities for optimization in operations.

Additionally, you may assume leadership responsibilities, which include discovering new improvement areas, engaging with internal stakeholders, monitoring progress, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You might also be involved in building a new team, cultivating a distinct culture, and ensuring alignment with organizational values.

Your Profile:

  • Over 2 years of experience in applying foundational models for organizational design, change management, or process enhancement
  • At least 1 year of experience leading client-facing workshops in organizational design, change management, or process improvement
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with a prestigious consulting firm or defense contractor
  • Involvement in business development initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with Space Force, Air Force, NASA, or USSPACECOM
  • Familiarity with military applications in Space
  • Possession of a Secret clearance
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certifications in Organizational Design, Change Management, or Process Improvement

Compensation:

The typical salary range for this role is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually, with compensation influenced by various factors to ensure fairness and alignment with individual qualifications.
