Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will engage in the assessment of requirements and the development of automated workflows to fulfill organizational needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and IT services, to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. Your role will involve analyzing both business and technical automation processes to innovate and enhance existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development:
Design, implement, test, and integrate diverse solutions to create efficient and scalable automation systems.

Process Analysis:
Gather, evaluate, and document business, user, and solution requirements as necessary for projects. Assess and document current and future operational processes.

Process Enhancement:
Examine business and technical workflows to devise and refine information processing systems. Generate technical documentation and materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Process Assessment:
Lead the assessment of new operational processes within your domain. Recommend technologies to support these processes through comprehensive technical, business, and cost evaluations. Define and assess automation and visualization technologies to enhance critical business operations.

Compliance:
Maintain awareness of and comply with organizational policies and regulations relevant to your role.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Networks, Software Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT process automation or a related area.
  • Preferred: 6+ months of experience in business process analysis.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience with various enterprise technologies, particularly in retail banking and multi-tenancy architectures.

Technical Skills:
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process optimization through technology.
  • Proficient in conducting cost-benefit analyses.
  • Analyze business objectives and requirements within the broader business context.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate the trade-offs between business needs, technological requirements, and costs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.

Certifications:
  • Business process certification preferred within one year.
  • Cert 6 Sigma Yellow Belt preferred within one year.

Work Environment:
  • Occasional standing and walking.
  • Frequent sitting.
  • Rarely lifting or carrying over 40 lbs.
  • Frequent talking and hearing.

Compensation:
