Role Overview: In this position, you will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to create high-quality and efficient solutions for optical transceiver assembly. Your expertise will be crucial in areas such as die attachment, wire bonding, dicing, and defect inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the transition of products from the development phase to full-scale production
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in products and processes
  • Serve as a technical authority for processes and equipment
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and methodologies are established
  • Analyze production data and implement adjustments to achieve yield objectives
  • Conduct experiments to refine parameters and improve reliability
  • Oversee tooling and spare parts management
  • Engage in risk assessment activities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet program goals
  • Operate in a cleanroom environment, providing support to operators and technicians
  • Execute equipment maintenance procedures
The responsibilities may vary based on individual strengths and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor or optoelectronics packaging
  • Expertise in materials utilized for package technology, PCBA, and Optoelectronics
  • Proven experience in assembly process development
  • Hands-on familiarity with industry-standard equipment and materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of engineering design software is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Material Science) or equivalent
