Key Responsibilities:
- Directs and oversees the Association's Annual Support Campaign, special events, and grant initiatives.
- Formulates strategies to enhance volunteer engagement across all levels of financial development.
- Identifies, cultivates, and solicits major gift prospects through established processes.
- Implements systems and manages resources essential for executing fundraising strategies, including budget oversight for the financial development department.
- Establishes and enforces fundraising policies and procedures for the organization.
- Monitors and tracks all donations and pledges, providing necessary reports.
- Educates and motivates team members on best practices in fundraising.
- Develops communication strategies to ensure stakeholders understand the importance of support.
- Collaborates with marketing communications to produce annual reports and development materials.
- Represents the organization as needed.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or business development.
- Proven ability to engage with community leaders and diverse populations.
- Skilled in creating materials that articulate the YMCA's mission and impact.
- Familiarity with media strategies to promote YMCA events and initiatives.
- Experience in grant writing, business proposals, and sponsorship presentations.

Salary Range:
USD $85,000 - $110,000 annually.
