YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL SALES CONSULTANT

This full-time position typically offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while promoting our services and closing sales. During in-home consultations with potential clients, you will attentively assess their needs and propose tailored construction solutions. By effectively managing your time, you will finalize sales by drafting contracts and work orders during appointments. With extensive training provided by the company in construction estimation, in-home sales, and manufactured housing, you will maximize your earning potential. Your passion for assisting customers, contributing to the company's growth, and achieving a lucrative income will drive your success.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven closing skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Gmail and Microsoft Word
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical capability to fulfill job requirements
