  • Compensation - $28.00/hr., commensurate with experience and skills

Position Responsibilities

As a Regional Maintenance Specialist, your role will involve creating a welcoming environment for residents. You will be responsible for maintaining the property to ensure it is in excellent condition and visually appealing.

  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues within residential units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and pool maintenance
  • Utilize the tools provided by IMT for all maintenance tasks
  • Prepare units for new residents promptly, adhering to IMT standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance of property grounds to enhance curb appeal
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience in residential property management or equivalent maintenance roles
  • Proficient in hands-on maintenance skills across various disciplines
  • A positive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Certifications such as EPA Type II or Universal, and CPO are advantageous
  • Familiarity with technology, including Outlook and SuiteSpot
  • Availability for on-call duties as required
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
