Position Summary:

The Senior Sales Account Manager is tasked with cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with current clients, driving revenue growth, and securing new business ventures.

This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of managed services, implementation solutions, and traditional staffing offerings.

The Senior Sales Account Manager will collaborate closely with clients to ascertain their staffing requirements, propose suitable solutions, and guarantee effective service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development
Identify and pursue new business prospects within the managed services, implementation solutions, and traditional staffing domains.
Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales objectives.
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and various business development efforts.
Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and comprehend their staffing needs.

  • Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.

Conduct regular consultations with clients to evaluate service performance, gather feedback, and discuss future requirements.
Develop a profound understanding of clients' business goals and customize staffing solutions to fulfill their specific needs.

  • Account Development
Identify opportunities to broaden services within existing accounts.
Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions that enhance their business.
Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to ensure client retention and growth.
Develop and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client staffing needs.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Reporting and Analysis
Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market trends.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the staffing sector, preferably with experience in managed services and implementation solutions.

Skills and Competencies

A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
A strong understanding of managed services, implementation solutions, and traditional staffing offerings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
