We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Community Manager to oversee our vibrant apartment community with over 200 units located in Pleasanton. This role includes the provision of an onsite apartment as part of the compensation package. The work schedule is structured for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The Community Manager will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including:

  • Managing daily operations
  • Maintaining high occupancy rates
  • Supporting marketing initiatives
  • Establishing and achieving financial objectives
  • Leading and developing the property management team

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in computer applications
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of the multifamily property management sector
- Effective marketing and sales skills, with the capacity to train team members
- Outstanding customer service and resident engagement experience

Specific Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Property Management
- Familiarity with property management software is essential; experience with RealPage is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Competence in preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders
- Strong vendor management skills
- Capability to cultivate positive relationships and communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, staff, and ownership
