Front Office Supervisor Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk at Delta Hotels Celebration Orlando. This position is responsible for managing the front desk staff and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, and manage reservations and room availability to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Staff Management: Schedule staff, train and coach them, and provide feedback on their performance to ensure they meet the high standards of our hotel.
  • Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all necessary information and resources are readily available.
  • Financial Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and review guest feedback, and work with other departments to achieve goals related to mystery audits and quality evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior supervisory or extensive hotel experience, with a strong background in customer service and front desk operations.
  • Marriott Experience: Previous experience working with Marriott or similar hospitality brands is highly desirable.
