Front Desk Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team at Westgate Resorts & Spa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk agents to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead the front desk team to achieve operational excellence

  • Monitor and analyze front desk performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
