The Front Office Supervisor at Delta Hotels Celebration Orlando is responsible for managing the front desk staff and operations. They ensure that guests receive excellent customer service and that the front desk runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, and manage reservations and room availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Schedule staff, train and coach them, and provide feedback on their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Monitor and review guest feedback, and help achieve goals related to mystery audits and quality evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a high level of service and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements

  • Prior supervisory or extensive hotel experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and guest services.
