Westgate Towers Resort is seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supervising and training front desk agents to provide top-notch customer service and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and train front desk agents to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
* Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and reservation management
* Schedule and manage front desk staff to ensure adequate coverage
* Monitor and manage financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and cash handling
* Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk-related issues
* Conduct regular audits of front desk procedures and performance

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in hotel management software and front desk operations
