Front Office Manager Opportunity

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at our Mystic Dunes resort. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Front Desk team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate front-office activities, including check-in and check-out processes, to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the customer service field.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
