SALES AND SERVICE CONSULTANT

LOCATION: On Site

POSITION OVERVIEW

AEG is seeking a Sales and Service Consultant to enhance our client engagement efforts. This role serves as the main point of contact for our valued clients, focusing on the renewal and expansion of season ticket accounts while driving new business through strategic upselling and referrals. The Consultant will primarily generate revenue through proactive outreach via phone communications, complemented by email marketing and in-person presentations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote a comprehensive range of ticketing options for our sports events.

• Conduct stadium tours, facilitate on-site presentations, and manage both outbound and inbound communication for the Ticketing Department.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Continuously expand the sales portfolio by attracting new business leads.

• Maintain and nurture a substantial account base, including premium seating and group sales clients.

• Address all inquiries from existing season ticket members and facilitate their upgrade requests.

• Schedule and execute appointments to strengthen relationships within the fan community.

• Keep detailed records of all prospects and clients within the ticketing database.

• Make a minimum of 50 meaningful connections with fans each day.

• Engage local businesses and individuals through various outreach methods to promote ticket sales.

• Ensure accountability for outbound sales activities and daily performance metrics.

• Participate in home games and events, executing various ticket sales and service responsibilities.

• Provide outstanding customer service to fans and stakeholders.

• Conduct relationship-building communications through calls, texts, and emails with season ticket holders and prospective buyers.

• Manage the inbound ticket sales inquiries to assist fans and promote ticket packages.

• Utilize strategic sales programs and promotions to enhance season ticket revenue.

• Implement retention strategies for season ticket holders and foster strong relationships.

• Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with ticketing software and CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.

• Previous experience in ticket sales or customer service is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including nights and weekends.

• The role is primarily sedentary but may require light physical activity.

• Work is typically conducted in a well-lit and climate-controlled office environment.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.
