SALES AND SERVICE CONSULTANT

OVERVIEW

Playfly Sports Properties, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Consultant to enhance our operations. This role serves as the main point of contact for our valued clients, focusing on the renewal and expansion of season ticket memberships while also generating new business opportunities through strategic selling techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Market a comprehensive range of ticketing options for our sports franchise.
  • Conduct stadium tours, deliver on-site presentations, and manage both outbound and inbound communications for the Ticketing Department.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously expand the sales portfolio by identifying and attracting new business leads.
  • Maintain and nurture a substantial account base of premium seating and season ticket holders.
  • Provide service to existing season ticket members and facilitate their upgrade requests.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments to foster relationships and increase revenue.
  • Keep detailed records of all prospects and customers within the ticketing database.
  • Engage with fans through a minimum of 50 daily interactions.
  • Reach out to local businesses and individuals to promote ticket sales.
  • Accountable for meeting outbound sales activity levels and daily performance goals.
  • Participate in home games and events, executing various sales and service functions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all fans.
  • Utilize various communication methods to cultivate relationships with season ticket holders and prospective buyers.
  • Manage the inbound ticket sales inquiries to assist fans and promote ticket packages.
  • Implement strategic ticketing initiatives and promotions to drive revenue.
  • Execute retention programs for season ticket holders and build lasting relationships.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ticketing software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in ticket sales is beneficial but not essential.
  • Demonstrated customer service or retail sales experience with a focus on helping others.
  • Proficient in computer applications and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Primarily sedentary work with occasional light physical activity.
  • Work is conducted in a well-lit and climate-controlled office setting.
  • May require occasional travel.
