As a Property Sales Consultant, your role will encompass:

Compensation:

Annual earnings exceeding $80,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and video conferencing.
  • Designing customized property searches that align with the unique needs and preferences of buyers, assisting them in locating their ideal home.
  • Accompanying prospective buyers during property viewings, providing essential insights and guidance throughout the process.
  • Expertly negotiating and preparing contracts and other essential real estate documentation.
  • Offering professional recommendations to clients regarding the most suitable actions during the purchasing journey.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Participating in advanced coaching sessions that extend beyond standard training, equipping you to meet your clients' real estate needs more effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Licensing: Possession of or willingness to obtain a Tennessee or Mississippi Real Estate License is preferred.
  • Scheduling: A flexible schedule that promotes a balanced lifestyle.
