OVERVIEW

Playfly Sports Properties, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Consultant to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with our existing clientele and expanding our ticketing portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, focusing on the renewal and growth of season ticket accounts.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to generate new business through various sales techniques, including upselling and referrals.
  • Conduct outbound communications via phone and email, supplemented by in-person presentations and tours.
  • Manage all forms of incoming inquiries, addressing client questions and concerns effectively.
  • Attend events and activities to engage with season ticket members and promote our offerings.
  • Utilize strategic sales programs and initiatives to maximize ticket revenue.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with ticketing software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The role is primarily office-based, with some requirements for travel and attendance at events. The position involves a mix of sedentary work and occasional physical activity, such as standing and walking during events.
