Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation sectors
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Understanding of the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation fields
  • Experience in consultative sales approaches

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out and engage potential clients through diverse methods, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding designated targets
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will leverage your exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships. Your sales acumen will be vital in identifying and pursuing potential clients, crafting and executing effective sales strategies, and consistently achieving sales targets. Balancing independent work with teamwork will be key to your success in this role.
