OVERVIEW

AEG is seeking a Sales and Service Consultant to enhance our operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, focusing on the renewal and expansion of season ticket accounts while also driving new business through various sales techniques. The Consultant's revenue generation will primarily stem from proactive outreach via phone communications. This position is ideal for individuals eager to cultivate a career in the sports ticket sales sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote a comprehensive range of ticketing options.

• Conduct presentations, stadium tours, and manage both outbound and inbound communication for the Ticketing Department.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Continuously expand the sales portfolio by identifying and attracting new business opportunities.

• Maintain and nurture a substantial account base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among premium seating clients and season ticket holders.

• Facilitate upgrades and additional requests from existing season ticket members.

• Schedule and conduct appointments to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.

• Keep detailed records of all interactions within the ticketing database.

• Engage with fans daily, aiming for a minimum of 50 meaningful connections.

• Reach out to local businesses and individuals to promote ticket packages.

• Be accountable for outbound sales activities and daily performance metrics.

• Participate in home games and related events, performing various sales and service functions.

• Provide outstanding customer service to fans and stakeholders.

• Manage the inbound ticket sales line, addressing inquiries and selling ticket packages.

• Utilize strategic sales programs and promotions to enhance ticket revenue.

• Implement retention strategies for season ticket holders and foster relationships with clients.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with ticketing software and CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.

• Previous experience in ticket sales is beneficial but not required.

• A background in customer service or retail sales is essential, showcasing a genuine commitment to assisting clients.

• Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and attention to detail are necessary.

• Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills are crucial.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative when needed.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including evenings and weekends.

• The role is primarily sedentary, with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting.

• Work is conducted in a well-lit and climate-controlled office setting.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.
