POSITION OVERVIEW

Playfly Sports is seeking a Sales and Service Consultant to enhance our operations at Memphis 901 FC. This role serves as the main point of contact for our existing clientele, focusing on the renewal and expansion of season ticket memberships while also driving new business through various sales techniques. The primary revenue generation will be through proactive outreach via phone calls, complemented by email marketing, personal presentations, and venue tours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote a comprehensive range of ticketing options for Memphis 901 FC.

• Conduct stadium tours, on-site presentations, and manage both outbound and inbound communication for the Ticketing Department.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets while ensuring top-notch customer service.

• Continuously expand the sales portfolio by attracting new business opportunities.

• Maintain and nurture a substantial account base, including premium seating and season ticket holders.

• Address all inquiries from current season ticket members and facilitate upgrade requests.

• Schedule and conduct out-of-office appointments to strengthen relationships and enhance revenue.

• Keep detailed records of all prospects and clients within the ticketing database.

• Make a minimum of 50 meaningful connections with fans each day.

• Engage local businesses and individuals through various outreach methods to promote ticket sales.

• Meet defined levels of outbound sales activity and daily performance goals.

• Participate in home games and events for season ticket members, fulfilling various sales and service roles.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to fans.

• Execute sales and relationship-building communications via phone, text, and email with season ticket holders and prospective buyers.

• Manage the inbound ticket sales line to assist fans with inquiries and ticket package sales.

• Utilize strategic sales programs and promotions to drive season ticket revenue.

• Implement retention strategies for season ticket holders and build lasting relationships.

• Other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with ticketing software and CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.

• Previous experience in ticket sales is a plus but not required.

• Strong background in customer service or retail sales, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist others.

• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative.

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including nights and weekends.

• The role is primarily sedentary but may require occasional light physical activity.

• Work is typically conducted in a well-lit and climate-controlled office setting.
