We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant in our Wraparound Agency located in Elmwood, Louisiana. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of required paperwork and assessments.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client-related documents and records in appropriate files
  • Providing administrative support to assigned program staff, including preparing and distributing schedules and paperwork
  • Tracking intake and exit processes, ensuring timely completion of required paperwork and assessments

We offer a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance, 19 days of paid time off, and more. Our location in Elmwood, Louisiana offers a unique blend of suburban charm and urban convenience.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months general office experience
  • Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software (Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred)
