Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant/Program Coordinator to join our team at Divine Intervention Rehabilitation LLC. This is a part-time position that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. They will also be responsible for overseeing all non-clinical operational decisions, including hiring recommendations and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Oversee all non-clinical operational decisions, including hiring recommendations and budget management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the agency.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including personnel records and confidential documents.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community partners.
  • Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure successful communication between teams and departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
