iMerit Technology is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in New Orleans. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating office activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and agendas for department managers and staff.
  • Lift items up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Provide backup security access cards and distribute building access keys.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
