Executive Assistant for Real Estate Leadership

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and requires exceptional communication and project management abilities. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service are crucial for success in this role.
Compensation:$52,000 - $60,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee administrative tasks including the organization of filing systems and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist executives in preparing for meetings and documenting minutes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level executives, managing incoming communications such as calls, messages, and emails.
- Provide exceptional support to our agent partners.
- Supervise the daily operations of a high-performing team with significant financial responsibilities.
- Track lead sources and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the owner and CEO on strategic initiatives and business operations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage our client database.
- Update and maintain marketing materials and presentations.
- Coordinate events and manage promotional efforts.
- Establish new operational procedures to enhance productivity.
- Monitor online reviews and manage VIP programs.
- Handle basic website administration tasks.
- Track sales performance and client recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to transaction databases and systems.
- Facilitate the completion of all client transaction processes.
- List properties on the multiple listing service (MLS) and other marketing platforms.
- A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar supportive role.
- Strong communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
