Key Responsibilities- Healthcare Operations: Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services consistent with care plans, meeting with families to clarify expectations and care plans, and participating in periodic care plan meetings and reviews.
- Environmental and Dining Services: Manage environmental and dining services to provide a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for residents and staff.
- Safety Programs: Develop and implement safety programs to prevent injuries and financial loss, coordinating the workers' compensation process.
- Marketing and Recruitment: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve financial stability, coordinate recruitment activities to increase census.
- Staff Supervision and Management: Provide direct and indirect supervision and management of professional and paraprofessional staff, setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Participate in annual budgeting process and strategic, long-term planning.
- Community Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with third parties, network with other community providers.
- Licensure: Hold current LADL: Licensed Assisted Living Director License (or willing to work towards/cost paid by Carefree Living).
- Education: Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Nursing, Business, Social Services, Geriatric Care, Nursing or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible supervisory or clinical management experience, preferably within the health care industry.
