Compensation Package

  • Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 annually with potential bonuses
  • Benefits: All expenses related to obtaining a real estate license will be covered by the team, with opportunities for referral bonuses once licensed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support to our agent partners.
  • Oversee daily operations of a high-performing team.
  • Monitor lead sources and maintain tracking systems.

  • Conduct data entry in CRM and other systems.
  • Support the maintenance of shared drives, calendars, contacts, and website.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Manage and execute our client VIP program.
  • Oversee and respond to online reviews.
