Compensation Package:
  • On Target Earnings: $175,000-$225,000+ based on performance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks annually

Key Responsibilities

What Will You Be Doing? The following are the standards that a high-performing individual will maintain or exceed:

• Lead the Market Center

• Execute the vision of the Operating Principal

• Utilize Growth Initiative tools to meet goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability

• Consult with the top 20 percent of associates to enhance productivity and retention

• Achieve dominant market share in targeted areas

• Build the Market Center to achieve acceptable profitability

• Collaborate with the Executive leadership team and provide training opportunities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit sales associates on a weekly basis (interview, select, hire)

• Communicate the Market Center's value and opportunities to all leadership and associates

• Present Market Center value to potential recruits

• Oversee staff professionalism and job performance

• Analyze competition and develop effective business prospecting and marketing strategies

• Conduct performance evaluations of staff

Communication and Interaction

• Staff - To set goals, plan, and collaborate on projects and tasks - daily

• Sales Associates - Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers - daily

• Lead Generation of Sales Associates - To join the company - daily/weekly

• Operating Principal/MCA - Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) - weekly
