They have a compelling need to influence others and can demonstrate their ability to recruit agents to Keller Williams and previous organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a leader, you will:

  • Utilize the Career Growth Initiative tools to guide the top 20% of agents in setting goals and identifying productivity solutions.
  • Employ Growth Initiative tools to meet the Operating Principal's expectations regarding recruiting appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.
  • Exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system in all interactions.
  • Embrace a leadership style that focuses on empowering others and building a cohesive team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning as a foundation for your action plan.
  • Possess at least 23 years of real estate sales experience, ranking in the top 5 percent of your office.
  • Understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) to inform sound business decisions.
  • Set ambitious goals and seek a platform to achieve them.

Compensation:
On Target Earnings:
$175,000-$225,000+ based on performance. Paid Time Off (PTO) - 3 weeks annually.

Uncapped Bonuses:
What will you accomplish? These are the benchmarks a high-performing individual will maintain or exceed:

  • Lead the Market Center effectively.
  • Implement the vision of the Operating Principal.
  • Consult with the top 20% of associates to enhance productivity and retention.
  • Achieve dominant market share in targeted areas.
  • Build the Market Center to meet profitability standards.
  • Consult with the Executive leadership team to provide training opportunities.

Essential Duties:
Recruit sales associates weekly (interview, select, hire). Share the Market Center's value and opportunities with all leadership and associates. Manage staff professionalism and performance. Research competitors and develop effective business strategies. Conduct performance reviews of staff.

Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership, management, and team-building abilities. Strong goal-setting, planning, and accountability skills. Proactive and positive attitude with above-average recruiting capabilities. Proven track record in sales success, particularly in residential real estate. Familiarity with computer systems and MLS.
