Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and signing new clients for our payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- Utilize our industry-leading sales training and technology to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
