About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and signing new clients for our payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our services.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of prior work experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
