Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Mortgage IT division at VTEKH INC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new leads
- Qualify leads to move them forward in the sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Demonstrate expertise in key areas and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Meet monthly targets for assigned metrics
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and ambitious with a drive to succeed
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Respectful, trustworthy, and accountable
- Critical thinking skills and a strong speaking voice
- Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
- Experience in the mortgage or financial industry a plus, but not necessary
