Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Mortgage IT division at VTEKH INC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new leads
  • Qualify leads to move them forward in the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrate expertise in key areas and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Meet monthly targets for assigned metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate and ambitious with a drive to succeed
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Respectful, trustworthy, and accountable
  • Critical thinking skills and a strong speaking voice
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial industry a plus, but not necessary
