Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Resident Experience to join our team at Thrive Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging experience for our residents, their families, and our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, team members, and families through regular communication and presence.
    • Use Life Memorization, FRAMEs, Assessments, and SAGELY to build trust and understanding.
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Create an exceptional experience that drives resident satisfaction and retention.
    • Focus on early warning signs and implement strategies to prevent resident turnover.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality
    • Stay up-to-date on state guidelines, codes, and licensure agreements.
    • Ensure team members are working within their scope of practice and that the community is compliant with regulations.
  • Lead and Develop the Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that shares your vision for exceptional resident experience.
    • Focus on team member satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from a three or four-year college or university.
    • Five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent people leadership and guest service skills.
    • Acute business acumen, knowledge of development, marketing, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Innovative and creative self-starter with the ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
