About the Opportunity:

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Manager to assist in managing its day-to-day bookkeeping, administrative, and office maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, including credit card payments, cash deposits, and data entry
  • Monitor and collect account receivables, ensuring timely payment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and office calendar
  • Perform journal entries to record and classify financial transactions
  • Balance and maintain accurate General Ledger, balance sheet, and income statement
  • Ensure supplies are requested, approved, and ordered according to policy
  • Manage new client set-up, filing, and directory systems

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
  • Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are essential
  • Strong customer relations abilities and great communication
  • Reliable multi-tasker, deadline-oriented

Location: Goshen, Indiana

Salary: $50,000 - $60,450 per year
