About the Opportunity:
Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Manager to assist in managing its day-to-day bookkeeping, administrative, and office maintenance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, including credit card payments, cash deposits, and data entry
- Monitor and collect account receivables, ensuring timely payment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and office calendar
- Perform journal entries to record and classify financial transactions
- Balance and maintain accurate General Ledger, balance sheet, and income statement
- Ensure supplies are requested, approved, and ordered according to policy
- Manage new client set-up, filing, and directory systems
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
- Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are essential
- Strong customer relations abilities and great communication
- Reliable multi-tasker, deadline-oriented
Location: Goshen, Indiana
Salary: $50,000 - $60,450 per year
