About the Corporate Controller Role

The Corporate Controller is a key member of our financial team, responsible for leading the organization's financial functions, including payroll, tax, accounts payable, cash management, and accounting. This role ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and best practice internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and government regulatory assessment filings
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit

  • Ensure compliance of internal controls
  • Direct tax planning and compliance for the corporation and its subsidiaries
  • Design financial information systems and standard reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Five years' experience as a financial administrator
  • Extensive experience in corporate finances, auditing, and performance management

This is a fully onsite role in Goshen, Indiana. The salary range is $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year.
