We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retirement Assistant Administrator. This role will provide administrative support for our Everence Retirement Services operations, including annuities, Mennonite Retirement Trust, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the onboarding of new retirement plans, ensuring seamless communication between advisors and third-party providers.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Everence retirement products to assist clients and consultants with account setup, enrollment, and maintenance.
- Provide backup support to the Life Administrator as needed.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in MRT, including customer service and account management.
- Support the administration of annuities, including new applications, illustrations, and distributions.
- Collaborate with the VP of Financial Services Operations on special projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree and prior experience in the financial services industry or retirement plans.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software programs.
- Professional retirement certifications are a plus.
