Retail Sales Associate ($500 Sign-On Bonus)

Sign-On Bonus Details

The $500 sign-on bonus is distributed in two payments: $250 upon hiring and $250 after 60 days of employment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their storage needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Enhance sales performance by promoting unit rentals, rental insurance, and moving supplies
  • Assist new customers through the rental process and agreements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility (including cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs)
  • Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, pursue collections, and process daily bank deposits with integrity
  • Work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration with nearby locations
  • Occasionally travel to local retail sites and run errands for the facility

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (e.g., retail, restaurant, sales associate, front desk, site management, or other customer-focused roles)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
