Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome employees and visitors with a positive, engaging, and professional demeanor that embodies the high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Manage all work orders for conference rooms, training spaces, and event setups, collaborating with catering services to ensure refreshments are provided.
  • Communicate with team members to greet guests upon their arrival.
  • Ensure that all common areas, including the lobby and adjacent meeting rooms, are clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Maintain and manage the scheduling and reservation system for meeting spaces.
  • Regularly inspect conference areas to ensure they are returned to their original condition after use.
  • Familiarize yourself with the building's occupants and their respective locations.
  • Keep a daily log of events and activities for the facilities.
  • Oversee event registrations, ensuring guests sign in and receive visitor badges.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to update digital signage with relevant customer information.
  • Arrange transportation for guests as necessary.
  • Notify maintenance of any facility-related issues reported.
  • Ensure pantries are stocked and maintained in a clean state.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to meet business goals.
  • Confirm that necessary supplies, such as signage and AV equipment, are available.
  • Assist with initial audio-visual setup instructions and escalate any technical issues as required.

Work Environment: The characteristics of the work environment are representative of those encountered while performing essential job functions.

Physical Demands: The physical demands required for this role include the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regular tasks involve sitting, using hands for various functions, reaching, and effective communication. Frequent standing and walking are also required.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually. This range includes potential bonuses and is based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and market alignment.
