Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Client Relations Specialists, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will engage with both internal and external clients, primarily in person, to support their rental and branch needs. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, enabling you to provide administrative assistance and exceptional service while acting as a rental support in a bustling branch or airport environment. This role is available as a regular full-time position.

The starting compensation for this role is competitive, with additional performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule

Shifts available include:

  • Day shift: 8am-4:30pm, five days a week with alternating weekends off
  • Evening shift: 4pm-12:30am, five days a week with alternating weekends off

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and provide solutions for customers and partners
  • Manage outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing rental needs both in-person and over the phone
  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them promptly
  • Provide directions and general assistance as needed
  • Evaluate the condition of returned vehicles
  • Process vehicle returns and transactions efficiently
  • Promote company services while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction
  • Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively
  • May offer optional products and upgrades to enhance customer experience
  • Report any vehicle issues and maintenance needs to management
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles as required
  • Perform various administrative tasks including billing support and reporting
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record
  • Minimum of twelve months of employment with the most recent employer
