Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome employees and visitors with a positive, engaging, and professional demeanor that exemplifies our high standards of service and hospitality.
- Manage all work orders through Corrigo CMMS for conference room, training room, and event setups, collaborating with food service providers to arrange refreshment stations.
- Reach out to team members via phone or in person to greet guests when they arrive.
- Ensure that the Plaza area, Front Lobby, Brand Showcase, and surrounding conference rooms are impeccably maintained and prepared for employees and guests.
- Keep track of scheduling and reservation details for conference rooms.
- Regularly inspect conference spaces throughout the day to ensure they are returned to their original condition; if not, restore them to their initial state.
- Familiarize yourself with the occupants of the building and their respective locations.
- Maintain a daily calendar of events and activities for Facilities.
- Monitor Showcase events, request guest sign-ins, and create and distribute visitor badges.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to update the digital welcome sign with relevant customer information as necessary.
- Arrange transportation for guests as required.
- Notify maintenance of any reported facility issues.
- Ensure pantries are clean and well-stocked with supplies provided by food service.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet business objectives.
- Confirm that proper signage, microphones, flip charts, and supplies are readily available.
- Assist with initial AV sign-on instructions and escalate issues as necessary.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
52,000.00 – 55,000.00 USD per yearThe compensation range provided is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer will be based on the applicant's qualifications, experience, skills, and alignment with market data.
