Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all work orders for conference rooms, training spaces, and event setups, collaborating with food service providers to arrange refreshment stations.
  • Reach out to team members to ensure guests are greeted promptly.
  • Maintain the Plaza area, Front Lobby, Brand Showcase, and nearby conference rooms in excellent condition for employees and visitors.
  • Keep an organized schedule and reservation system for conference rooms.
  • Regularly inspect conference areas to ensure they are restored to their original state after use.
  • Familiarize yourself with the building's occupants and their respective locations.
  • Maintain a daily calendar of events and activities for Facilities.
  • Track events in the Showcase, manage guest sign-ins, and create visitor badges.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to update digital welcome signage with relevant information.
  • Arrange transportation for guests as necessary.
  • Notify maintenance of any reported facility issues.
  • Ensure pantries are clean and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure all necessary materials, such as signage, microphones, and supplies, are available.
  • Assist with initial audio-visual setup instructions and escalate issues as necessary.

Estimated Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from 52,000.00 to 55,000.00 USD annually. This range includes potential bonuses and is based on various factors such as education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
