Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome employees and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor that exemplifies JLL's commitment to service excellence.
  • Oversee all work orders related to conference room, training room, and event setups, collaborating with catering services to ensure refreshments are available.
  • Engage with JLL team members to ensure guests are greeted promptly.
  • Maintain the Plaza area, Front Lobby, Brand Showcase, and surrounding conference rooms in pristine condition for all employees and guests.
  • Manage scheduling and reservation details for conference rooms effectively.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of conference spaces to ensure they are restored to their original condition after use.
  • Familiarize yourself with the building's occupants and their respective locations.
  • Keep a daily calendar of events and activities for JLL Facilities.
  • Track events in the Showcase, ensuring guest sign-in and the creation of visitor badges.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications to update digital welcome signage with relevant client information.
  • Arrange transportation for guests as necessary.
  • Notify maintenance of any facility-related issues reported.
  • Ensure pantries are stocked and maintained in a clean state.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Verify that all necessary supplies, signage, and equipment are available for meetings.
  • Assist with initial audiovisual setup instructions and escalate any technical issues as required.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually, inclusive of any applicable bonuses. This range is an estimate and not guaranteed, as offers are based on various factors including education, experience, skills, and market alignment.
