Job Title: Sales Territory Developer

Company Overview: Leading distributor of exterior building materials is seeking a seasoned sales professional in the greater Chicago market. The ideal candidate will work with a leading company offering great compensation and benefits.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and performance.

Job Description:

A successful outside sales representative is needed to sell exterior building materials to contractors and builders in the Chicago area. This role involves creating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of sales achievement, excellent product knowledge of roofing and siding, and great personality to build strong client rapport.

This is a wide open sales territory, allowing for significant income potential through commissions and bonuses.

The company offers an above-market base salary, commissions, and an excellent benefits package.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to contractors and builders
  • Solid product knowledge of exterior building materials (roofing, siding)
  • Great personality who can create strong client rapport
  • Ability to blend client needs with excellent customer service and operational support
  • A track record of sales achievement and building a territory
  • Desire to open new accounts
