About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic North America Sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the industrial market vertical within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. The position can be based in major metropolitan areas of the Upper Midwest, such as Milwaukee, Chicago, or Minneapolis, or near a major airport in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
