At Caliwater, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Midwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with retail partners in the Chicago area.

Job Overview:
  • Promote Caliwater products through effective territory management and execution of business strategies.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAIL PARTNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND INCREASE MARKET SHARE.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to inform sales decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Experience working with distributors and selling through Retail, On-Premise, and Food Service channels.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Benefits:
