Territory Business Development Manager: Drive Revenue Growth in the Austin Area

Innovative Solutions is looking for a Territory Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Austin area. This role involves developing and managing client relationships, engaging with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate sales funnel reports.

About the Job

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining deep relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with technical teams to design innovative solutions, and utilizing CRM software to manage pipelines and report sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage client relationships
- Engage in-person at our offices three times per week to build and nurture strong relationships with AWS teams
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify and qualify forward-thinking opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions

Requirements

- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years as an Account Executive
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of client needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Compensation

The compensation package includes a base salary of $140K-$150K with an uncapped commission model, offering a typical OTE of $320K-$400K.
