Position Overview:

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Availability to work five days a week, Monday through Friday, with eight-hour shifts scheduled between 7:55 AM and 5:00 PM. Overtime may be necessary.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
    A minimum of one year of experience in telephone customer service or a related field is essential.
    Strong communication skills are a must.
    Proficiency in using PCs and related software is expected.
    Experience in data entry (both alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with a low error rate is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Handling telephone inquiries and complaints by utilizing standard scripts and procedures.
  • Providing information regarding payment postings, disbursements, and account histories.
  • Addressing inquiries received through written or telephone correspondence.
  • Collecting information, researching and resolving inquiries, and documenting customer interactions.
  • Communicating suitable options for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Informing clients about available services and assessing their needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs of customer interactions.
